ME909u-521 Mini PCIe is a variant of ME909u-521 with standard mini PCIe form factor. It is a high-quality LTE module designed for industrial-grade M2M applications such as vehicle telematics, asset tracking, mobile payment, industrial router, safety monitor and industrial PDAs.
ME909u-521 Mini PCIe supports 100Mbps downlink data rate, includes enhanced features like FOTA,
USSD and Huawei enhanced AT commands.
All Huawei modules comply with the RoHS directive and Regional certification.

Introduction:
The Huawei ME909u-521 (ME909E) Mini PCI Express is a LTE
module with a 145-pin LGA form factor mounted on a Mini PCI Express board,
supporting seven LTE FDD-bands. Quad-band DC-HSPA+ and quad-band GPRS/EDGE for
European network coverage is included as fall-back.
This module is part of Huawei|#@@#|s new family of modules, including MU509 (HSDPA),
MU609 (HSPA+) and ME909 (LTE) which are all pin-to-pin compatible to enable a
